This title features 20 circular walks in the south of the Lake District for all abilities.  All walks include full descriptions of well researched pubs to incorporate into the day out.  As much effort has been put into selecting the pubs as has been put into designing the walks.  

This is part of a series of walking guidebooks published out of frustration by a new outdoor publisher looking to answer the question that hangs at the back of conscious thought from the moment of waking: "where am I going to get my lunch?". It includes 20 walking routes designed with a pub in the middle (or thereabouts) of the walk.  All routes are well researched with an even balance between walking and eating, and come with Ordnance Survey 1:25,000 waymarked colour mapping.  The pubs too have been carefully chosen (hours of selfless work) and have been selected for quality.
